Campaign Analytics

How to read validated performance on Wayo Ads — dashboard metrics, campaign breakdowns, Link vs Video/Shorts, and where to find creator-level results.

Overview

Wayo Ads analytics focus on checked performance — paid clicks (Link) and paid views (Video/Shorts) — plus budget and spend. There is no separate Analytics menu item; metrics live on your advertiser dashboard and inside each campaign. For when spend starts and how budget is consumed, see Budget & Pricing.

Where to Find Metrics

Use these surfaces depending on what you need:

Advertiser dashboard

Account-wide wallet stats, validated views/clicks rollup, approved creators count, and a 7-day performance chart.

Campaign page (owner view)

Budget panel (total, locked, spent, remaining), CPC/CPM payout info, Applications, Top Creators, and Tracking Links (Link).

My Campaigns list

Quick scan of each campaign’s spend progress and results column — valid clicks (Link) or valid views (Video/Shorts).

Financial Health (per campaign)

Advanced per-campaign page (budget split, validation rate, effective CPM, 7-day spend). Open it from the Financial health link on your campaign’s Budget & Spending panel, or from a “Campaign Performance Alert” notification.

What “Validated” Means

You pay only for traffic Wayo Ads has validated — not raw impressions or unverified clicks. Validation happens after creators go live:

  • Link (CPC): a click on a creator’s tracking link is checked for fake traffic before it counts toward spend.
  • Video / Shorts (CPM): we follow the views YouTube shows on the approved video. From 24 August 2026, YouTube counts a view when the video starts playing — even if it starts on its own.
  • Fake or blocked traffic does not use your campaign budget.
  • Approving a creator or video does not spend budget by itself — paid clicks or views do.

Advertiser Dashboard Stats

The top stat row on your dashboard summarizes account-level numbers:

Available

Spendable wallet balance — not tied to a single campaign.

Locked

Budget reserved for active or paused campaigns.

Spent

Recorded spend on completed campaigns (account rollup).

Valid views

Validated video views plus validated link visits combined.

Valid clicks

Validated link visits from Link campaigns only.

Approved creators

Distinct creators with at least one approved application across your campaigns.

7-Day Performance Chart

Below the stat cards, switch between three daily series for the last seven days:

  • Spending — daily paid spend across your campaigns
  • Views — daily validated video views
  • Clicks — daily validated link clicks

Inside a Campaign

Open any of your campaigns from the dashboard or My Campaigns to drill down:

Budget & spending panel

Total budget, locked amount, spent so far, and remaining — with a progress bar. Updates as paid clicks or views come in.

Stat bar

Remaining budget, valid views or valid clicks (by type), approved creators, and your CPC or CPM rate.

Applications tab

Pending and approved creators — the gate before performance appears.

Results in campaign list

Each row shows spend vs budget and the primary result metric for that campaign type.

Creator-Level Breakdown

See which creators drive results:

  • Top Creators tab

Leaderboard of approved creators with validated views or clicks, plus payout-related totals for the campaign.

  • Tracking Links tab (Link only)

Each approved creator’s personal link with its validated click count.

  • Creators directory

Cross-campaign list of approved creators — useful when comparing partners across launches.

Public Preview & Analytics Tab

From My Campaigns, use Preview Public Page to see the visitor-facing campaign view. The Analytics tab there shows total validated clicks (Link) or views (Video/Shorts) and submission counts since the campaign went active. For day-to-day management, the owner view (Applications, Top Creators, Tracking Links) is more complete.

Financial Health

Open it from the Financial health button on your campaign’s Budget & Spending card (owner view). You can also reach it from a “Campaign Performance Alert” notification when confidence drops.

  • Confidence badge: HEALTHY, MONITOR, or RISK (with score out of 100)
  • Budget split: spent, pending payouts, reserved, remaining
  • Performance: check rate, blocked fake traffic, paid views/clicks, effective CPM
  • 7-day spend bar chart
  • Creator risk: only “Flagged” is populated today — low/medium/high counts are not active yet

What Is Not Included

Keep expectations aligned with the current product — these are not available in advertiser analytics today:

  • Conversion tracking or post-click sales attribution
  • ROI / ROAS dashboards
  • CTR (click-through rate) reports
  • Raw or unvalidated impression counts
  • Geographic, device, or platform breakdowns
  • A dedicated Analytics page in the sidebar

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do Valid Views and Valid Clicks both increase on Link campaigns?

Account-level Valid Views rolls up validated link visits and validated video views together. Valid Clicks shows the same link visits separately. Video/Shorts traffic only affects Valid Views.

Why does dashboard Spent differ from my active campaign spend?

The dashboard Spent card totals recorded spend on completed campaigns. An active campaign’s spent amount is shown on that campaign’s page and in the campaign list.

When do metrics appear after I approve a creator?

Link creators can generate validated clicks as soon as they share their tracking link. Video/Shorts creators must submit and get a video approved before validated views accumulate.

Can I export analytics data?

There is no CSV export in the dashboard today. Use campaign and dashboard views for monitoring, and invoices/wallet history for financial records.

Does pausing a campaign stop analytics updates?

Pausing stops new paid clicks and views. Existing totals remain visible; the campaign will not use more budget while paused.

Where do I see if a campaign is close to running out of budget?

Check remaining budget on the campaign page and in the campaign list progress bar. See Budget & Pricing for what happens when budget is exhausted.
