Apply & Deliver
Browse brand campaigns, apply once, get approved, then share your tracking link or submit a YouTube video — the full creator loop on Wayo Ads.
Overview
As a creator you discover Active campaigns in the marketplace, apply with an optional message, wait for the brand decision, then deliver: share a personal tracking link (Link campaigns) or submit an unlisted YouTube URL for review (Video / Shorts). Only validated clicks or views earn — approval alone does not spend budget. For how payments and holds work after you deliver, see Earnings.
Find Campaigns
Use these surfaces to discover and filter opportunities:
Browse Campaigns
Main navigation → Campaigns (or Creator menu → Browse campaigns). Filter by type (Link / Video / Shorts), niche, location, and sort.
Campaign page
Open a listing to read the brief, rates, and requirements, then Apply Now when you are ready.
Marketplace activity filters
Use Approved or Applied to to see campaigns you already joined or applied to.
Creator dashboard
On your dashboard, Campaign Pipeline lists every application: Approved, Pending, Needs Video, Rejected, and more.
How to Apply
Applications are simple — one shot per campaign:
- You need a Creator account. YouTube is not required to apply (recommended for Video / Shorts and Trust Score).
- The campaign must be Active. Paused, Completed, Cancelled, Draft, and Under Review do not accept new applications.
- Campaigns near budget exhaustion may stop accepting new creators (typically around 90% spent).
- Write an optional message (up to 1,000 characters) explaining your fit or content idea, then submit.
- You can apply only once per campaign. If the brand rejects you, you cannot re-apply to that same campaign.
Application Status
Every application has one of three statuses:
| Status | What it means | What you do next |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for the brand to review your profile and message. | On your dashboard, open Campaign Pipeline → Pending. You can message the brand if needed. |
| Approved | You can join the campaign and deliver. | Link → open Tracking Link. Video / Shorts → submit your YouTube URL. |
| Rejected | This campaign is closed for you. | You cannot re-apply. Browse other Active campaigns. |
After Approval
What you deliver depends on campaign type:
| Type | Your next step | You earn from |
|---|---|---|
| Link (CPC) | Open the Tracking Link tab for your personal link. Share it anywhere (posts, bio, newsletter). No video review. | Validated clicks |
| Video (CPM) | Use campaign Assets, publish an unlisted YouTube video that matches the brief, then submit the URL for brand review. | Validated views (per 1,000) |
| Shorts (CPM) | Publish an unlisted YouTube Short within the campaign duration limit, then submit the Shorts URL for review. | Validated Shorts views (per 1,000) |
Submit Video / Shorts
For Video and Shorts, application approval is not enough — the brand must also approve your content before view tracking counts for payouts:
- Campaign must still be Active and your application Approved.
- Submit from the campaign page after approval (Needs Video stays in your application list until you send the link).
- After the brand approves the video, new views on that video can start earning.
- If the brand rejects the video, you can usually resubmit (same or another URL, depending on campaign settings).
Submission rules
- YouTube links only — paste the normal video or Shorts link from YouTube.
- The video or Short must be unlisted — public and private are rejected.
- Video (longer videos): usually needs at least 1 YouTube view when you submit; the campaign may also set a minimum length.
- Shorts: respect the campaign max duration (often about 20 seconds if unset). Prefer a youtube.com/shorts/… link.
Your applications
On your creator dashboard, Campaign Pipeline is the list that keeps your applications organized:
- Approved — ready to promote or already live
- Pending — waiting on the brand
- Needs Video — approved Video / Shorts work that still needs a URL
- Rejected — closed for that campaign
- Completed / Cancelled — campaign ended
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need YouTube to apply?
No. You can browse and apply without connecting YouTube. Link campaigns work without a channel. Connecting YouTube is strongly recommended for Video / Shorts and for a full Trust Score.
Can I apply twice to the same campaign?
No. One application per campaign. A rejection permanently blocks re-apply on that campaign.
Why can’t I apply to a campaign I can still see?
Common reasons: campaign is no longer Active (e.g. Paused), budget is nearly exhausted, or you already applied. The marketplace mainly lists Active campaigns; deep links can show edge cases that fail on submit.
When do my views or clicks start counting?
Link: after approval, when someone uses your tracking link and the click is not fake or duplicate. Video / Shorts: after the brand approves your YouTube URL and the campaign stays Active — then new views YouTube shows on that video can earn.
What if my video is rejected?
Read the brand’s reason, fix the content or privacy (must stay unlisted), and resubmit when the campaign still allows new submissions. Application approval is not revoked by a video reject.
