Creator Strategy Engine

A Content Lab tool that turns one video into a growth strategy — positioning, audience targeting, content roadmap, and a prioritized 30-day action plan with a 0–100 Creator Strategy Score.

Overview

Creator Strategy Engine sits in Content Lab under Creative Optimization. Open the dashboard sidebar menu: Go Viral → Content Lab (creator account, desktop), load a public or unlisted YouTube video, then run Creator Strategy Engine. Each run costs 3 AI credits — the same cost as other Content Lab video-analysis tools.

This is an AI growth-strategy estimate. It is not a subscriber guarantee, not YouTube Analytics, and not a promise that following the 30-day plan will hit a specific growth rate.

How to run

  1. 1Sign in as a creator. In the dashboard sidebar menu, open Go Viral → Content Lab (desktop).
  2. 2Import a video: paste a public or unlisted YouTube URL, pick one from your vault, or use a video saved via the Wayo Ads Saver extension.
  3. 3In Creative Optimization, choose Creator Strategy Engine and run it (3 credits).
  4. 4Read the four sub-scores (progress bars + radar), the overall Creator Strategy Score, the one-line verdict, and the prioritized 30-day action plan.
You receive 100 free credits when your token wallet is created. Credits are deducted only after a successful analysis result. Title, channel, format, and engagement are primary strategy signals; transcript and thumbnail deepen brand voice and topic pillars when available.

What it uses

On each run, the backend builds a video context block and sends it with the analysis prompt. Strategy insights come from title, channel, format, and engagement — plus transcript and thumbnail when available.

  • Title and channel name (niche positioning + brand voice cues)
  • Engagement stats when present: views, likes, comments
  • Metadata when present: video type (e.g. Short vs long), duration, publish date

Fetched when available

  • Spoken transcript / captions (topic depth, authority language, community cues; trimmed)
  • Thumbnail description (visual positioning and audience signals)
Without a transcript, the tool still builds strategy with equal confidence and does not mention the absence. It derives insights from title, channel name, engagement metrics, video format, duration, and thumbnail.

Scoring framework

The model scores four pillars for the UI bars and radar, then produces one overall Creator Strategy Score (0–100). The 30-day action plan frames the analysis — not a separate calculator in the UI. Unlike some Lab tools, this prompt does not assign fixed percentage weights.

Channel Positioning

  • Current niche positioning from this video
  • Differentiation opportunities
  • Authority signals
  • Brand voice characteristics

Audience Analysis

  • Target audience from content signals
  • Audience intent (entertainment, education, inspiration)
  • Community building potential
  • Cross-audience expansion opportunities

Content Strategy

  • What’s working (evidence from stats + content)
  • Content pillar recommendations
  • Series / playlist opportunities from this topic
  • Content calendar suggestions

Growth Levers

  • Collaboration opportunities from niche
  • Platform-specific optimization (Shorts vs long-form)
  • SEO and discoverability strategy
  • Community engagement tactics

What you get

The response is markdown structured for the Content Lab result UI.

  • Four sub-scores in bold key-value form — Channel Positioning, Audience Analysis, Content Strategy, and Growth Levers — each as XX / 100 (progress bars + radar).
  • One overall heading: ## Creator Strategy Score: XX / 100, followed by a one-line verdict and a prioritized 30-day action plan with specific steps.
  • Never empty bullet points or placeholders.
Scores and the 30-day plan are model judgments for learning and iteration — not a growth guarantee or a copy of YouTube Analytics.

Case study

Illustrative composite scenario for documentation — not a live client report. Scores below show the tool result UI; they are model judgments, not a subscriber guarantee.

Scenario

An anonymous mid-size tech reviewer turns a strong “budget laptop under $500” video into a 30-day plan — clearer positioning, a series pillar, and Shorts + collab levers.

Context (inputs available)

  • Title + channel niche as primary positioning signals
  • Engagement stats (likes / comments relative to views)
  • Transcript optional — authority language and topic depth when present
  • Long-form format metadata
  • Cost: 3 AI credits

Own “honest budget tech stress-tests” — convert this video into a 4-part under-$500 series and feed Shorts from each failure moment.

Positioning

  • Niche: budget tech buyers who want proof, not unboxing hype.
  • Differentiation: week-long abuse tests vs one-day first impressions.

30-day action plan

  • Week 1: publish series trailer Short + pin comment naming the pillar.
  • Week 2: upload part 2 (phones) with same packaging system.
  • Week 3: outreach 2 mid-size budget-tech creators for a collab swap.
  • Week 4: SEO pass on descriptions + playlist “Under $500 that survived”.

Takeaways

  • Treat one strong video as a positioning sample — extract the niche promise before planning volume.
  • Turn the topic into a named series/playlist so Growth Levers (Shorts, SEO, collabs) have a container.
  • Keep the 30-day plan specific and sequenced — vague “post more” is not a strategy.
